All financing is subject to the funding lender's underwriting, borrower qualification, collateral, documentation, and approval, and to market conditions.
US Funding charges no application, processing, upfront, or advance fees. Any fee to US Funding is earned and paid only at closing, after the borrower has accepted a binding lender commitment, under a signed engagement letter. We currently serve Illinois and Texas business borrowers; other states by request.
