US Funding LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("US Funding," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information this website (usfundingcorporation.com, the "Site") collects, where it goes, and how we use it. Our services are offered only for business, commercial, and investment purposes.

Information we collect

Information you type into the Site. When you use the loan application, you may give us your name, email, phone, best time to reach you, entity name and role, the loan program, amount, purpose, timeline, and state, and details about the property or business, including estimated credit range and liquidity. When you submit, we also record the date and time, a reference number, your typed signature, and the exact wording of the business-purpose certification and authorization you checked.

Information the loan estimator and "Find Your Fit" use. These tools run in your browser. What you enter in them is not sent to us unless you then submit the application.

Technical information. Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the Site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this Site.

Where your information goes

Netlify (website host and form processing). When you submit the application, your answers are sent to Netlify, which hosts the Site, stores form submissions, and emails them to us.
Google (Google Sheets). We may copy application submissions from Netlify into a private Google Sheet that we use to track requests. This transfer happens on our side, not from your browser.
Geoapify (address autocomplete). If you type a property address in the application, the letters you type are sent to Geoapify to suggest matching U.S. addresses.
Your own browser. To let you pick up where you left off, the Site saves your application progress, and your name, email, phone, and program, in your browser's local storage on your device. This saved data is deleted from your browser when you submit the application, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

File upload buttons in the application are for your convenience while you review the checklist. Files you select are not sent to us through the Site; after review, your advisor will send a secure document link.

How we use information

To review your financing request and contact you about it;
To present your request to independent third-party lenders to arrange business-purpose financing, as you authorize in the application;
To keep records of your request, certification, and authorization, as required for our business and by law; and
To operate and secure the Site and prevent fraud or misuse.

How we share information

We share your information with independent third-party lenders as needed to evaluate and arrange the financing you request, with the service providers named above, and with professional advisors such as our accountants and attorneys. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep loan request records, including certifications and authorizations, for at least six years, and other information for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the law and our recordkeeping obligations. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting us.

Third-party sites

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as the SBA. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Not directed to children

The Site is intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the "Effective" date updated above.

US Funding LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, does business as US Funding. US Funding is a commercial loan broker, not a lender, and does not make credit decisions. We arrange business-purpose financing with independent third-party lenders. Commercial and business-purpose financing only: we do not arrange consumer loans or loans secured by owner-occupied residential property, and no loan may be used for personal, family, or household purposes. We charge no application, processing, upfront, or advance fees. Any fee to US Funding is earned and paid only at closing, after the borrower has accepted a binding lender commitment, and is disclosed in writing in a signed engagement letter. Third-party costs such as appraisals, credit reports, and title are paid directly to the provider. We may also receive compensation from lenders, which we disclose. Currently serving Illinois and Texas business borrowers; other states by request and subject to review. In Texas, we arrange business-purpose real estate and SBA loans only. All loans are subject to lender underwriting and approval. Rates, terms, and estimates shown are illustrative only and are not an offer, solicitation, or commitment to lend.
